How to build a LW induction loop that will seriously improve the perform...

Hi there, here's a video describing how I built my LW induction loop. None of the details are critical, but it's worth following a design and then adjusting the number of turns, based on the bandwidth upper and lower limits. Here's what I used and other details:

Box dimensions: 40 xm x 34 cm
Standard equipment wire
Number of turns: 47
Tuning capacitor: dual gang: 10 to 360 pF + 10 to 360 pF

Upper resonance limit: c.600 kHz
Lower resonance limit: 134 kHz

Note: the tuning capacitor must be wired up to engage both sets of plates. You can do this my simply shorting out both lugs on either side of the body - it doesn't matter which two. The loop is wired on one side to either of the lugs also and on the other side to the capacitor body.
