Hi there, here is a comparison of the effectiveness of the Bonito Boni whip against a 50 metre longwire in a very quiet environment - the woods I use for my 'serious' DXing. I think you'll agree, the 50 metre longwire is the winner here, with a very nice signal from Australia, however, a discernible signal is still heard with the whip, which I guess is a positive in itself. Recorded at the woods in Oxford UK on 22/01/17 at 17:15 hrs UTC. Such a shame that ABC are going off-air in 3 days.
