Hi there, this is turning out to be a great radio. Portable, of course, but large enough to use as a table-top receiver, with excellent audio, good audio bandwidth filtering and excellent sensitivity on an external antenna. Hi there, I went for a mooch with my Sony ICF-SW100 yesterday. The woods are so different these days. A lot of trees were blown over in the various storms over the years and so there's been a lot of planting - which is good. This is the first time I've copied Trenton VOLMET on this frequency since my trip to the USA in the summer of 2024. Copied them well in Pittsburgh and Houston...back on the other side of the 'pond' it's a bit more of the challenge. The S2200X held up well.
