Medium wave DX: WRCR Rampano 1700 kHz New York, good signal and clear ID

Hi there, I last copied this station back at the end of March 2016. Nice to hear them again, in their usual spot, right at the top of the X-band. Recorded in Oxford UK on 09/12/16 at 04:59 hrs UTC using an Elad FDM DUO and Wellbrook ALA1530 active loop antenna (indoors). Thanks for watching,
