The only FM radio station that can be copied at my jungle QTH!

Hi there, here's some decent audio on my £17 Brazilian radio (made in China by a company that is big in South America). There was nothing copied on FM, except this station. I couldn't ID them, but someone out there with local knowledge might be able to help!
