Hi there, a commentary on what's good about the passive magnetic loop - which mostly boils down to copying weak signals that can't be heard on my indoor wire. However, I need an antenna that delivers decent signal strength with acceptable signal-to-noise for general shortwave listening. I think I have a solution that only cost me around £35.
