Great to finally hear a signal from Vostov VOLMET. Rostov is situated north east of Moscow although I wasn't aware of that until I check it out in Google Maps! Recorded in Oxford UK on 26/04/17 at 00:57 hrs UTC using an Elad FDM DUO and Wellbrook ALA1530 active loop antenna. Thanks for watching
