Hi there, here's the first comparison of these two receivers in darkness, using a 50 metre longwire. The signal here from CKZN has been previously stated at 1 KW, although right now short-wave.info is suggesting 300 Watts. If anyone with local knowledge has more information I'd be very grateful. Either way, an excellent performance from both receivers. The recovered audio on the Eton is clearer to my ears, but that's qualitative and as usual, I'd be interested in your views.
