Medium wave DX: CIWW 1310 kHz Ottawa, rare copy with ID in Oxford UK

Hi there, here is a copy of CIWW with a clear ID - and a bit of a rarity at my QTH - this is only the second time I've heard them and confirmed with an ID.

Recorded on 04/10/18 at 03:59 hrs UTC using an Elad FDM DUO, Bonito GI300 galvanitc isolator and Wellbrook ALA1530 magnetic loop outdoors. Thanks for watching.
