Hi there, this is a rather odd broadcast from Norway - saying that I think I have the ID right, but I could be wrong lol. The time of broadcast fits their schedule (02:33-02:48 hrs UTC) so that's one indicator at least. If you have any other ideas or views, always, please don't hesitate.
