Medium wave DX: CJYQ 930 kHz, St. John's, Newfoundland, copied in Oxford...

Hi there, after hearing nothing since the Spring, the presence of CJYQ on my MW spectrum tells me that the North American season is coming. Often dominated by adjacent channel QRM, this is a station that is usually difficult to hear well, but on occasion can be copied with a portable and an induction loop. IDs are few and far between, but the pop music they play is the give-away.

Recorded on 04/10/18 at
01:58 hrs UTC using a Wellbrook ALA1530 magnetic loop antenna, outdoors. Thanks for watching.
